Mô tả công việc:
- Phụ trách quản lý các nhóm Tech và quy trình vận hành cho dự án product giữa VN & JP (2-3 unit). Báo cáo trực tiếp CEO người Nhật tại VN
Yêu cầu:
- Tiếng Nhật giao tiếp tốt N2+ trở lên
- Base Tech mạnh, kinh nghiệm quản lý & dẫn dắt đội ngữ kỹ thuật & mindset phát triển tổ chức tốt (20-30 người)
■WORKING CONDITION
Working time, shift, overtime：Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00, Hybrid working (mỗi tuần cố định sẽ lên office 2 ngày: thứ 3 và thứ 6)
