Job Description
Lead and manage the development team (both Backend & Frontend), coordinating 3–4 projects simultaneously.
Actively contribute to full-stack development: Backend: Java + Spring Boot, PostgreSQL & Frontend: React + TypeScript
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices, maintainability, and high-quality deliverables.
Serve as the technical bridge between offshore and onshore teams.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while mitigating project risks.
Mentor and support teammates in their professional growth.
Maintain comprehensive and clear technical documentation.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.
Previous experience in leadership or mentoring is highly preferred.
Knowledge of React Native is a plus.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively.
