Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Salary: Up to 2,850 USD (≈75M VND net)

Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Frontend Leader with expertise in Cocos/Unity to lead and mentor a team of frontend developers. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers.
Architect and build scalable applications using React, Angular, and Vue.js.
Define and maintain coding standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure performance, quality, and security.
Work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues.
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and implement improvements.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience leading frontend teams.
7+ years of IT experience with multiple frontend frameworks.
Strong knowledge of React, Angular, Vue.js, and modern JavaScript.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, NgRx), and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
Strong experience with Cocos Creator, Unity, optimization, and game architecture.
Familiarity with responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Intermediate English (able to understand technical documents).
Preferred
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Cypress) is a plus.
