Responsibilities
Research potential clients and markets (startups, software companies, AI firms, etc.)
Support the outreach process: LinkedIn, email, CRM updates
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and company profiles
Analyze competitor offerings and market trends in the ITO space
Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients
Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to align messaging
Maintain and update lead databases and reporting dashboards
Requirements:
A recent graduate in Business, International Relations, IT, or related fields
Interested in the software/tech industry and global B2B markets
Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets
Bonus if you have exposure to CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Good communication, problem solving skills
