## About Bmate LLC Vietnam
We are a specialized real estate technology company focused on the Japanese market. Join our innovative team in Ho Chi Minh City and gain hands-on experience in real estate tech solutions while working with cutting-edge technologies.
## Position Overview
Location: Cityland Park Hill, Go Vap, Ho Chi Minh City
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (In-office)
Allowance: 3,000,000~5,000,000 VND monthly support
## Essential Requirements
Programming: Basic proficiency in Python
Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integration
Technical Foundation: Strong problem-solving skills with solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
Modern Tools: Experience with AI development tools (prompt engineering, GitHub Copilot)
Database Knowledge: Basic familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB
Equipment: Personal laptop required

## Preferred Qualifications
Real estate industry knowledge
