Job Description: IT System & Shopify Administrator
Overview
We are seeking an IT System & Shopify Administrator who will manage company accounts, system operations, and Shopify-based website administration. The role requires strong technical skills with Shopify platform to optimize e-commerce performance, ensure system stability, and develop new features that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account & Access Administration
Create, manage, and control access permissions for company accounts.
Manage Google Drive access rights and ensure data security.
Administer system accounts (add/edit/remove) across platforms.
Manage and define clear permission structures and connected applications.
2. System & Shopify Management
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Shopify, POM, Dashboard, and 3rd-party apps.
Build new features and custom functionalities in Shopify to meet business requirements.
Improve and optimize existing features, ensuring long-term stability.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new Shopify Apps to enhance efficiency.
Develop automation flows across Shopify and integrated systems.
Document system processes, new features, and troubleshooting guides.
3. Website Administration (Shopify Storefront)
Optimize Shopify website for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), UX, and UI.
Troubleshoot and fix display or feature-related issues.
Redesign and refresh storefront layouts periodically (every 6–12 months).
Implement and code new Shopify features using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Train internal teams on how to operate and manage Shopify features and backend processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory) – including Shopify Admin, Liquid, theme customization, and app integrations.
Knowledge of e-commerce operations and Shopify ecosystem.
Strong understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and web optimization.
Familiarity with automation tools, dashboards, and system integrations.
