Mô tả công việc:
The Japanese Speaking Project Manager should be to manage complex projects while ensuring smooth communication between cross-functional teams and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
Main responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and being prepared for occasional travel to Japan.
■Working time：Monday - Friday: 9:00-18:00, WFH 2days/week

Yêu cầu:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- trình độ tiếng Nhật : N2~N1
- Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án phát triển phần mềm với khách hàng Nhật Bản.
- Kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc áp dụng kiến thức, kỹ năng, công cụ và kỹ thuật để đáp ứng yêu cầu dự án.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với phương pháp Agile.
- Sẵn sàng học hỏi và hiểu về lĩnh vực Năng lượng.
Khả năng
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
- Chứng chỉ PMP là một lợi thế.
