## Middle ++/Senior Web-App Developer (AI Experience)

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend systems using PHP (Laravel, CakePHP, Symfony) and Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
Architect and integrate APIs to support web/app platforms and AI services.
Collaborate with AI engineers to deploy and optimize ML/Deep Learning models in production (e.g., chatbots, speech-to-text, OCR, recommendation systems).
Lead efforts in building robust data pipelines for collection, preprocessing, and integration with AI models.
Drive best practices in system architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
Oversee deployment and infrastructure optimization using Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Ensure coding standards: clean code, automated testing, code reviews, and documentation.
Mentor and coach junior/mid-level developers, fostering technical growth in the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
3+ years of professional experience in software development with PHP and/or Python.
Advanced knowledge of at least one PHP framework (Laravel, CakePHP, Symfony) and one Python framework (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration:
Data handling with NumPy/Pandas.
Machine Learning with Scikit-learn.
Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) strongly preferred.
Integration of AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google AI, HuggingFace, etc.).
Strong background in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Solid experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Strong DevOps skills: Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
Strong problem-solving, system design, and leadership skills.
Proven track record in delivering production-grade AI-enabled systems is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Good knowledge of Web/App Security.
Experience with Git / GitHub, Agile/Scrum
Good problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Be able to communicate in English, good at English reading and writing.
