📌About the Project
At 3S Intersoft JSC, we are building a next-generationAI chatbot platform for businesses, enabling seamless integration with modern LLMs and AI workflows. Our goal is to deliver intelligent, flexible, and scalable chatbot solutions tailored for real-world enterprise use cases.
We’re seeking experienced Python developers who are passionate about AI and ready to build impactful products.
🧠Your Responsibilities
• Develop and customize AI chatbot functionalities and backend systems
• Integrate with various LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Ollama, etc.)
• Work closely with product and AI engineers to build intelligent, modular features
• Contribute to architectural decisions, performance optimizations, and scaling
• Build tools and pipelines for managing AI-based workflows and responses
🧩Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Python (must-have)
• Solid knowledge of the AI/LLM ecosystem, with hands-on experience in:
OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Ollama or similar models
LangChain, LlamaIndex, or related frameworks
• Experience building backend applications using Python (FastAPI or Flask)
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT, and microservices
• Familiar with Docker, Git, and basic CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn fast
⭐Nice to Have
• Experience with self-hosted LLMs or open-source AI tooling
• Familiarity with vector databases like Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture
• Background in building chatbot pipelines or conversational AI platforms
• Contributions to open-source projects are a strong plus
