Junior Software Engineer
📍 Location: Hybrid (Half day on-site) – Ho Chi Minh City Office (District 1)
🕒 Timezone Flexibility: Occasionally working during US business hours to collaborate with global teams

What You’ll Be Doing
Web Application Development – Build sleek, efficient, and scalable web applications that align with both business goals and technical specifications.
Code Quality – Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following industry best practices.
Troubleshooting – Debug, test, and resolve issues to ensure top-quality deliverables.
Tech-Savvy – Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and frameworks to keep us ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and C#.
Experience with .NET and modern web application frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
Solid understanding of coding best practices and design patterns.
Basic knowledge of LLM and AI tools for development.
Familiarity with developer tools (e.g., browser developer tools, network capturing tools, tracing/monitoring tools).
Professionalism & Integrity – Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and a commitment to high-quality work.
Problem-Solving Prowess – Sharp analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Business Insight – Work closely with Business Analysts and clients to fully understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Quality Assurance – Partner with QA teams to ensure we deliver flawless, high-quality products.
Team Spirit – Participate in peer code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused team environment
