🚀 XNO is Hiring – Product Manager - An Phú, HCM
XNO is an AI & Quant-powered stock trading platform, combining artificial intelligence and quantitative research to deliver smarter trading strategies and data-driven insights. We are on a mission to become the hub for AI-driven trading innovation, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our journey.
🔹 What you’ll do:
Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the product.
Research market trends in trading, quant finance, and AI to shape product direction.
Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, and Quant teams to deliver impactful features.
Work with Design to craft intuitive user experiences.
Drive product launches, monitor performance, and iterate fast.
🔹 What we’re looking for:
2+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, trading, or AI/quant platforms.
Strong understanding of financial markets & trading workflows.
Experience with AI/ML or data-driven products is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and execution skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments.
