🚀 [Innovature BPO] We’re Hiring: Senior Credit Analyst
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our team and ensure high-quality, risk-conscious credit decisions. In this role, you’ll conduct in-depth credit reviews, prepare approval memorandums, evaluate collateral, and work closely with our Sales and Credit teams. You’ll also mentor junior analysts and help improve underwriting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive credit and financial statement analysis (income, DSC, EBITDA).
- Prepare and present Credit Approval Memorandums for equipment finance and lease transactions.
- Conduct legal and collateral checks, research equipment values, and review credit reports.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure readiness for funding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office; AI/ChatGPT knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
