Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Vietnamese Speaking)

About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for business owners across the U.S. primarily serving industries such as nail salons, restaurants, hair salons, milk tea shops, and fast food establishments.
Responsibilities
Provide responsive and professional technical support and customer service in both Vietnamese and English.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS systems, card terminals, and company software/hardware, both remotely and onsite as needed.
Perform product setup, training sessions, and live demonstrations for new and existing clients.
Communicate clearly via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
Fluency in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written) is required.
Previous experience in technical support is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems and remote communication tools (e.g., Anydesk, TeamViewer).
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently during night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with small business owners.
