[HIRING] AI Trainer – Content Analysis & Compliance Specialist (English)
📍 Location: Onsite Hanoi, Vietnam
Are you detail-oriented, fluent in English, and eager to work on cutting-edge AI technology? Join us as an AI Trainer – Content Analysis & Compliance Specialist (English) and contribute to an advanced AI training project focused on English audio and video data.
🔎 About the Role: You will listen, analyze, segment, label, and edit transcripts following detailed project guidelines, directly contributing to the development of AI in language and emotion recognition.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Listen and analyze English audio/video data, validate content based on project criteria (language, accent, quality, content).
- Segment audio accurately and label with: Speaker ID, gender/age estimation, emotion tag, etc.
- Edit transcripts to reflect exactly what is heard (including grammatical errors and meaningful audio events such as [laughs], [gasps]).
- Apply project guidelines consistently, ensuring formatting and quality standards.
- Participate in system testing and report technical/procedural issues to the operations team.
👤 Candidate Requirements
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level, especially in listening and tone recognition.
- Strong ability to identify subtle emotions and non-verbal cues.
- Excellent descriptive writing skills: clear, precise, and detail-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to follow complex rules consistently.
- Experience in annotation/transcription is a plus.
