Yêu cầu:
Min 2 - 3 years as BA or hybrid BA + QC role.
Strong documentation & communication; confident running discovery/workshops.
Hands-on test design and defect management; basic SQL and API testing.
Experience with traceability, scope/change control, and UAT coordination.
Kỹ năng bổ sung (ưu tiên):
Experience in headless CMS/e-commerce/SaaS.
Test automation exposure (Playwright/Cypress) and non-functional testing basics.
* Familiarity with analytics/telemetry to validate outcomes.
